yes. i believe it's called an insanity hour. when you're so out of it that you're entertained by the stupid things imaginable. sometimes when i'm coming home from clubs in Hollywood at 1 - 2 AM, i start laughing about dumb things. one time i laughed all the way home at "when mickey mouse's dog got lost in outer space what planet did he find him on? pluto!"
