you could of just said the same outfit she is wearing in the future...yet she will be wearing the similarity in the present which she is experience in the past

She's wearing it to the past because it's a traditional dress (which has nothing to do with her going to the past). The one she's wearing here (future) is just one variation, like the one she has in the present day.
