I've just found out how you could resize the image, you opne up paint with it and, you click on view on the top, check the box that says rulers, go back to home, click select, from there click select all, and from the bottom right corner you move it to match 100 x 100. then yo save it and use it as your icon. :)

you could install paint tools SAI? i was atlking about the old regualr paint if thats what you mean.

Although if it is a problem I wont mind resizing it for you..
