Sorry to keep you all waiting, My apologize but I've finally
made a reference sheet of Dr. Cho. WOOHOO!

So yea here he is, The mascot owner of MutantFreak,
He will be your crazy mad evil scientist who creates all the
mutant creatures along with his assistant.. MICHI MORI!

He's a really simple design but probably to you guys it looks
difficult but oh well.
