Jeez, in the future I'd at least hope the new Subaru variable combustion chamber thing would be more popular, lowering compression until the engine starts, then raising it to normal pressures.

this reminds me of our lawnmower.... it hates to start, because 'good ol pops' did not maintain it... now you have to do all sorts of funky thingsto make it start.
