What a jerk. Yeah, if you don't know and trust somebody, then the up-front cost is a good idea... It's a shame people have to take advantage of other people. At least they didn't steal the picture.
... If my computer had circuit boards like that, I bet it wouldn't crash as much. It might open up spooky parallel dimensions though.
