Nuff' said. I figured I'd make a pic basing on what NiNi's outfit would kinda look like if she were in the TMNT Fast Forward series. One significance is how her bandanna is tied up - where instead of hanging downward she decides to tie the ends like a ribbon to the back of her head.

Another thing is that she doesn't use a large ninja star like she does in the present era, but this time she uses two ringed weapons that cause glowing yellow blades to come out from each yellow clip as seen resting to her hips. So it's kinda like having upgrades to her weaponry.

Don't ask why I made her "atmosphere adjuster" as I call it, look all cutesy. I guess I wanted to make it where NiNi would be considered as the cute ninja girl in some ways..only not as annoying ^^;;

I so fail at cel styling. I didn't even add the shadows to this.
