That took a moment to think about... but yeah. When I worked in a place that made spray equipment we used to use something like that to cut furnace filters to fit a paint spray booth. But the tool we used was an ordinary pizza cutter... did the job perfectly. I was thinking a little of that when I drew the "ice skate."
