it's like why can't males in almost every online game; hug, hold, pick-up, kiss, and/or carry each other... while the girls can often do things with each other, and can always have males do these actions with them...

It was a play on how this is a 'man's world' and how men do not want to openly admit that they want to show physical affection for other men. Now men can see women being physical and have no problem, but two males hugging...a question of masculinity arises.
