So this is Horn, a character I played in a brief forray into the Conan tabletop RPG.
Horn is a greasy barbarian. His tribe tattoos their faces black for superstitious reasons.

Tabletop RPG? The kind with miniatures? Or do you mean plain old fashioned Pen & Paper?
Anyhow, two things: Something seems off about the skintones, like they're over-saturated and not rich enough in hue variation. And second, I wonder if his facial tattooing would look better if you broke it up into some basic patterns and subshapes... ? Especially since his hair is also dark, so it kind of blends together.
That aside, though, I really like the pose, character design and overall paintwork. You used your brush-strokes very efficiently and there's a nice flow to it all.

OK, so I felt compelled to chime in on this one again! :) Perhaps I told you this before, but I tried out the same Conan tabletop RPG long ago. As much as I love the setting, I recall the system itself being kinda crappy, so my group didn't bother with it any further. Say, I wonder if the newer 2d20 version is any better? (If you ever give it a go, maybe it could be an excuse to bring Horn back!)
