As you might be able to tell from the above illustration (depending on how much intelligent you can muster from your small mind), the above illustration is what I'm also assuming to be Van-Weasel's "fursonnna", or whatever you wee and worthless kids who claim to artistism call themselves.
There are breasts in lieu of eyes (LOL FRENCH!!) because it is an artistic thing; keep in mind that there is a beret included in this image, meaning that I needed to write that french word a while ago; I'm so genius! I digress
The breasts are in place to illustrate how weak and fragile the human body and its composition is; were people to have breasts in lieu (LOL!!) of eyes, none would be able to see, unless of course you flashed the world with your eye-tits! (the opposing being tit-eyes, evidently.)
