If anyone here on FA knows maybe they can tell us.
She even had dark at the top of her tail that faded to white like this horse.
Yes, Trixie was her name(I didn't name her) and she was a rescue from the SPCA. She was a twin just like I was, and she was such a bitch. *L* A mean, mean horse- but she had been abused pretty badly.
I would just say her belly marking was wider- and she had a castled mane like a mohawk(I'm guessing she was welsh pony x drum horse). The other mix she might have been was a Gypsy Cob or Irish Cob/Tinker.
I think the colour might be called smokey cream? We also had her Dad and he was massive! He had the same colour but paler. Like you took this colour and diluted it. So maybe he was cream and she was smokey cream?
Way off topic there but I just wanted to say I found your gallery through a journal plug for you and I'm so glad I did,you have fantastic art. The lighting and pose on this make it have so much life- you just want to keep looking and looking at it!

There's a lot of things that need attention. Mainly the perspective is bad. The neck is too heavily arched for eating to even be a possibility. One of his hind legs is missing a joint. I also have to wonder how inbred a horse has to be to get a nose like that. However, the lines and coloring are superb. And the backgrounds are simple, but work very well for the characters.
