Ah, thank you! It's pretty rewarding to get such positive encouragement! The shading doesn't actually show as soft here as it really is, afterall, I have to avoid it catching the same beigeness as the background sky. (Yes, the sky is actually blue!)

Scoots' face!!! SCOOTS' FACE..!
That is so adorable - I love her expression, she looks so shocked and happy, awww!
And Dash looks really loving. I kinda imagine that something bad's happened to Scootaloo, and Dash is cheering her up with a kiss & cuddle.

Awww, I'm glad that's what you're taking from it, because I did want to convey she was a bit overwhelmed by it! I also like your speculation there - I had a couple of things in mind here and they're not too far from your idea. :3
