That name and concept is actually... really cool. U: It makes me want to draw theories up, concerning how he can... y'know, exist. xD

My idea for him is basically that he's fully robotic, and full of weapons. The way his face works is it's a hologram, but it's broken and only able to be set to a "Happy" setting. He does however have a very drastically changing high/low pitched voice that sounds like it might have a few problems itself.

If you want to draw him, as always I give full allowance to you or anyone else. :3
