I don't know if I can accurately really spot the differences/changes between the new coloring style that you're experimenting with and the previous one, but I can certainly say for sure that I'm really liking the lighter and darker tones you've used in the overall coloring work (most noticable at the far edges on all sides of the pic). The fur and hair of all characters involved looks much more textured in appearance to me as well, especially the easily spotted strands and locks of hair in Dez's and the police gal's hairstyles. Speaking of texturing, the shiny and rubbery texture of the latexed shirts the coppers are wearing looks neat as well from the lighting effects applied to it. Probably my favorite aspect of the pic is the expressions of the characters. I like the smooth blushing effects you painted on the coppers' faces and the badass-looking look on Dez's face with pierced tongue stuck out, as a show of dominance over the two.

Both versions of the commissioned pic (dirty and clean) look equally great, dude. I'd definitely encourage you to keep practicing with the new coloring technique, it looks both cool AND sexy. ^^
