This is a bit of an in joke.
Basically it's along the lines of trying to focus on one task, and have a distraction pretty much perched on one's head, well there is more to it than that, like playing with one's hair and being a general nuisance... though yes.
I didn't make the expressions too well, but this was something of a human head shape practice that I ran with.
