What was his powers?

Cotton's power is really just who he is. He's hyper-agile and fairly strong. Some say he's luckier than most but that's probably just hearsay. He's part of a group of anthro heroes called "the Bestiary" led by a small, humanoid fox who calls himself "Reynard". They're based out of London and include "B.B." (short for "Big Bad" as in "Big Bad Wolf" - a big, black-furred, female wolf bouncer), "Blue Lynx", and "Morpheus" (a dream-horse).

The thing about Vanguard is, it's -for the most part- a universe where the heroes and villains are defined by their powers. If someone is an anthro, that's their power. Sometimes they'll have something extra, but that's rare.

Ah, gotcha! Well, if I ever publish "Vanguard" I'll be sure to let you know! I use the Blood of Heroes system for it which can be hard to find but perhaps I'll post the genre rules, here, once the game starts up again this summer.
