Other character sketches
Here are some other supporting characters in their early stages of brainstorming and development. The two females don't even have names yet. One is a tree nymph who comes along on the quest eventually. And the other is a human slave girl, who discovers the other dimension not of the earth where all the other creatures dwell. The dragon at the top is a grouchy old dragon named Grandpa Burnard.
