We make one hell of a trio, too!
As I've mentioned at various times before,
loganberrybunny and
eliki are my oldest and dearest of friends. I've known them both for many years now and while I live in the U.S. and they both live in the U.K. we have formed a very real and close friendship through e-mail, letters, and packages, as well as through websites like this one. They've been there for me through everything, good and bad, and they were the very first real friends I ever had, to the point where I could be myself around them without fear of being judged and that I knew they'd tell me when I made a mistake. Fortunately, I haven't made too many of those along the way, but it's nice to know they care that much about me all the same.
This picture is one that was discussed for quite some time before it got done, and Eliki was generous enough to put it together. He has always been very selfless with his time and his talent and I know this must have taken a heck of a lot of work and effort. But I think it looks wonderful, and it shows something of the bond between the three of us. Not that I don't love my other friends, never fear about that, but there's something rather special in what we have together.
*Big hugs* to both of you because, as Loganberry pointed out, there just can't be enough of those, and thank you both for everything. You two are the best friends a girl could hope to have.

*Snugs* Thank you for letting me post it, hon. It really is a wonderful picture and I'm very happy you went to all the time and trouble to put it together for us. As for our friendship, I definitely agree. It really couldn't have worked out any better, and it really does mean so much to me to have you both in my life.
And *big hugs* back to you, of course! Like Eliki, I want to say thank you for everything you said above. It really was extremely touching, and it just underlines why the friendship illustrated in this picture has made me so happy over the years. You were one of my first real friends, too, and whether you call it fate, luck, whatever -- it dealt me a winning hand that day. =:)
*Hugs* It's only the truth, but I'm glad you liked what I had to say all the same. As for whatever it was that brought us all together, it was an incredible stroke of luck, and I think we've all done an incredible job of keeping it going. It's rare to find anyone as open and honest as the two of you, let alone people who are so willing to talk and show their feelings. That has been a big help for all of it.
