Tis my boyfriend's birthday today. So i tried to be fancy and made him a fun little breakfast.

My attempt at breakfast sushi. Sauteed onions, mushrooms, and yellow bell peppers, with bacon, sausage and cheese. The "sushi" part is made from egg. it turned out rather well :)
