This is my suggestion on how to color it if your into digital art:
step1: scan it onto your computer
step2: create a new layer in whatever art program you use (if you have one)
step3: ink the outline of your drawing
step4: remove the scan layer off your art program
step5: add a new layer and color in the ink layer
