Full Feral Kiry Project, part 1 - Flanking view!

Baneful was wonderful to work with on this, through every step of the way, ensuring things were right or looked the way I wanted them to, and making changes as appropriate. We worked out a series of sketches and viewpoints, and of them I chose a foward and a flanking sketch to work into a strong feral reference.

The tricky stuff was the color pallets, blends, and spots/scales. Baneful ended up combining styles from both  tojo-the-thief and  astrozerk04 interpretations, creating a rather stunning look. The color scheme is based on tropical waters and white sandy beaches. One critical noteworthy point was perfecting the tailfin.
