Tested out some new brush settings/brushes I made in Photoshop. slapped it together, didn't take too long. I'm pretty happy with how the colors blended with the new brushes.

Amazing...this is easily one the best anthro versions of that particular MLP character that I've ever seen yet, especially given the overall punk/hooker look you've designed for her appearance and clothing (I especially like the red-violet and pansy-purple striped leg warmers she's sporting).
The lineart details of her figure, as well as her clothing (especially the careful attention to detail on the creases/folds of the open vest and tight-fitting short pants) looks very smooth and solid in this pic. I'm willing to bet it must have taken more time in getting the broken/ripped wing to look right though, given the details put into the small edges of the individual feathers and the small fluff texture at the base of the wing, but it certainly looks like the effort paid off. :)
The coloring and shading altogether looks delightful as well! I can see what you mean on testing out how well different colors blend with the new brush settings you customized. In particular, I think it shows best with how you painted her rainbow-colored hair and tail, as well as the coloring and shading details of the vest. The shading of her physique does a great job in showing some athleticism in her musculature as well.
As always, keep up the great work! :)

I actually started a full portfolio of warrior ponygirls, but I never got around to inking and coloring them. Basically they were from different eras in history, with different weapons for each girl, different outfits. Fluttershy had a really cool flowy ancient greek look to her I think. I didn't see the demand though, as they weren't porn (So it wouldn't fit on the stash) and they weren't transformation (so the shop would reject them). So they sit on my computer, unfinished and unloved lol.
Oh well.
Oh well.
