Brilliant, beautiful brownies to give your teeth a chewy workout from the kitchens of
falconmage
Another food!! Made this myself and it was supposed to be for christmas but something else came up.
Chewy Chocolate Brownie
You'll need:
200g of butter
150g of chocolate
400g of sugar
4 eggs
200g Multipurpose flour
1teaspoon of vanilla essence
200g of walnut (depending on how much of a nut you are)
200g of chocolate chips (more would be lovely)
First, you'll need to melt the butter and chocolate, stirring till it's melted. Once they are done, keep on stirring to cool it off. Whisk in sugar, eggs, flour and vanilla essence to the melted chocolate. Note here that your chocolate batter shouldn't be too hot, or else your eggs will turn into cooked eggs. Slowly mix them up until they become a nice looking chocolate mix. Add in Walnut and chocolates later on. Transfer to a pan and bake at 180c for 35 minutes.
Kinda added in too much walnut and it tasted too much like a walnut than chocolate brownies. I would suggest adding more chocolate chips and less walnut if you're not a nut person :p
