But I watched the TV series first. xD The Game of Thrones opening theme song got stuck in my ears since last year and I am going mad :P This does not mean the story of Surroth and Farian is directly inspired by GoT. Rather, I've always like watching period TV serials with palace intrigues especially those from Hong Kong. Beautiful people in beautiful dresses and props and beautiful language but characters that are rotten to the core.
