It has been a while since I drew anything, let alone in a sketchbook, let alone a Sword of the Stars thing...
Tis a Morrigi, a very very fat one...specifically Sopheia the Decadent, the Thesmia of Thiva from a story of mine (The Akilleos Saga) that takes place in the Sword of the Stars universe.... basically she rules a province, but basks in luxury to extreme extents.
Though that indulgence may not even be her fault... could be some mind alteration stuff at work.
