This came out fantastic. The two of you really did an amazing job here. :)

The colors, textures, shading and lighting all work beautifully to enhance the mood and drama of this scene.
The wings in particular just look so alive and vibrant, and the background setting has that wonderful sense of a night time attack being illuminated by a bright moon overhead. The shadows and light all play perfectly off of each other.
The entire scene has that look and feel of a cell from an animated movie, leaving me wanting to watch what happens next.
