The Kawaburd was no stranger to transformations to begin with, having started life as an otter but growing his avian features through a complicated mess of magic. Iluvia has been there to help him become a gryphon and alter his blood directly. With this one, however, he was to guess at the changes and try it alone. Although the coloration struck him as strange, it felt right. He quickly realized he didn't feel natural in this form, that all in all he belonged as a gryphon, but still there was this pervasive feeling of being absolutely comfortable in this strange new form.

"He says his name is Kapari", the now draconic Kaw said to himself. Knowing that given time, he could flit between the two forms with only moderate effort, he decided to test out his leathery wings and stay like that for awhile.

I've been seeing more and more dragonkin pull this lately (albeit the other way around), and it got me curious. So here's a Kapari. He's me, only... not. Except maybe when I'm feeling draconic. ;p Crits on the art style appreciated (trying for something quick and sketch-like, experimenting really.)
