The last preview I'm putting up for this pic. Why have I put up so many previews? Do I think anyone cares? No. But, damn, I put a lot of work into this one. A hell of a lot more than I intended from the out set. I figured there would be like... four hours tops on it.
Oh, this? This was, like, an hour of work (the actual item being in color, of course). There's some cool knockout line effect, and the black border there is going to end up emulating the cell shading of the PS2 version of the game. It'll be good stuff. You better watch out for it.

Toon stuff isn't my usual style. I don't think I have the free-flowing, fluid hand to do it all that well. My drawings usually have a hard feel to them because I have a heavy hand on the page. Having a tablet lends a different feel though, especially my super tablet
Neither was Senator HK-MP5, but Juliette has good political ties. The end piece will look very nice, and the end picture will represent a number of milestones. This will be the first 'sketch to inks-and color' complete digital piece. The background is all CG with a good lighting engine, and there are articulated 3D model background characters sporting a posing skeleton, which is something I've never satisfactorily achieved before.
Bitch and a half, all of that, but, even if the pic turns out 'Meh' I'll consider it a success and a leap forward

The nature of the net community at large proposes the idea that if not a whole game, then at least a modification or total conversion of another game might be done with a large/good enough independent team to make a sequel or prequel to the other game, especially since Bizarre Creations closed its doors last year. I don't think they got bought out, I think their intellectual property is just floating in the ether. Either way, it would be a thing to see, let alone participate in.
