Why so gracious? In hindsight, that was a really dickish way for me to say what I said.

i'd rather not be that person who throws a fit when met with any sort of criticism, and i kind of see where you're coming from even if i disagree in a few ways

Oh, I wasn't really critiquing your portrayal, just Nepeta as a character. I see myself not being able to tolerate her nearly as much if she was a guy.

i always imagine male nepeta as a one of those femboy furries who enthuses over everything his friends do, and that makes the whole idea really funny to me. the fact that they're all supposed to be kids give you kind of an allowance for some weird/annoying behavior too because it's all things they have the opportunity to grow out of and learn from.
