This hat was originally made for a commissioner, who then backed out after it was already completed due to a lack of finances. I've sense listed it on my etsy page which can be found here:

All of my hats are made by myself and designed by myself (although some do reference specific character designs).

I've never played Okami, but I do like the contrast of the red and white in the character. Maybe I'll buy the game to play it one day.
