Fully shaded, I like it a lot more now. And I decided to try something different and leave it gray scale because I think it works for this piece... I really wish I could have shaded it in a more painterly style though, would've been a lot nicer if it was more soft. PS, originally I was planning on doing a full background with multiple torches hence the wonky light sources... But that fell through, I don't have time to do that at the moment, maybe I'll do it later...
I'm so hyped up on caffine I am jumping between pictures... But oddly enough I'm getting a lot done? Sorry in advance for the spam of new art but if I stop arting I will fall asleep... ;___; 5 more hours till I can go to bed.

Oh thank you!! ^-^ At first the anatomy was bothering me but I'm much happier with it now that it's shaded... I think it was the big neck ornament on Gabby... .__.; And I'm glad you like the greyscale, it's the first time I've tried it, I'm definitely going to use it some more in the future.
