Back-story: Experiment number twelve in a series of experiments to create a weaponized super soldier on unwilling people, proved unsuccessful when Alexander was a success, fooling them all through the brainwashing, when he was trained enough with his powers, he destroyed the facility and everyone with it. Escaping into the world, bound by the powers given to him and the responsibility and burden of the deaths he caused, he now vows to save others instead of hurt them. He says his life ended years ago, and now his borrowed time is a gift to others for another chance to live.

So ya, this is something I had nearly done before I started commissions,
I decided to finish and touch it up tonight for the heck of it,

So, everything makes sense on this character, save for the chain and lock on his left arm.
Whenever he punches someone the lock is going to bash into the back of his hand. There is only muscle and tendon up there so each impact is going to be excruciating.
You can test this yourself! Take any object and hit the back of your hand and feel the pain.
Beyond that the character works. The characterization is straightforward and might push near being a caricature instead of a full blown character. An observation on my part, might work for you might not.

Err, your characterization might be a bit off when it comes to posing then, since this image screams violence.
I sort of imagine Rocky in his pose as opposed to someone who uses diplomacy checks for everything.
For what you are trying to do you can do a few things. You could tighten the chain or move it to a different part of his body, E.G. around his neck or waist.
