Hey hey! Not really, actually! I've gotten to a point where "chaotic" things like folds in fabric and hair are actually a lot of fun. I have a process that works pretty well and for images like this, I can do in just a few strokes.
Honestly, I'm not sure on the character background. I believe she's just a different breed.
