Love the color in the eyes and hair, no doubt about it. It's done very well and I like the technique you employed here! Good facial structure, although I think I would make the eyebrows a little bit longer. I'm just guessing that they're a bit shorter so they wouldn't collide with the lashes, though, so it's just fine!

I think the only thing I would possibly change would be the number of sketch lines within the hair, but that's just me. It just seems a bit more than the sketch lines throughout the rest of the line work. Even still, gorgeous work! :D
