velvetkittie mentioned in my stream that it has a "happy"-melancholy feel to it. at first, it didn't make sense, but...when you think about it, it fits pretty well. many people see rain as a sad thing, but it can also be happy and calming...washing away the old and bringing in the new

and it's always nice to watch a good hard thunderstorm! (for those who aren't afraid of it, that is, hehe)

(I love thunderstorms, I welcome them actually hehe)
