Started to just... doodle. Idk haha

The three characters all belong to me, Conner Hawthorn, Phillip Shaw, and Saphra Palmer. My style, as some may notice, is all over the place in this one. I'm starting to draw things differently than I used to, and as a result, it's not looking... together with every new figure. Hopefully by doodling for the next few weeks, I can hope to work it out of my system.

Anyone out there have some tips for getting a style to be more...uniform? I'm having such an issue with it lately, so anything anyone can give me I'd appreciate. Also bare in mind I'm just getting used to drawing digitally, this is the first near serious thing I've done with my tablet to date.
