So I'm curious how people tend to react in general. I'm assuming this wasn't a furry-specific event?

We go downtown often to clubs, we always get good feed back, rarely anything bad is said or happens and if it does its just because it's some punk ass kid who has had a bit to much to drink. They love us at that club!

Interesting, and good to hear. Out of curiosity; Why do you prefer going to these clubs in suits? Don't you find it ultimately gets in the way of socializing?

I'm only in suit for about an hour to an hour and a half of the entire time I'm there which is usually about 5 hours.

As long as you are outgoing and not creepy people will love you. There's an occasional haters every now and then but it never goes beyond talking, they are drown out by the people who think we're the shit anyway. :)

And yes, the ladies do love me, it's that corgi charm lol

Everyone loves us actually, I think we're more accepted at clubs than other public places because it's just a huge party full of drunk people and they see animal costumes rocking out and drinking beers with them and they just love it. We get nothing but good feed back! Rarely do we have someone who is disgusted by us, and they always keep to themselves about it. Yes, the girls loved us!

So then that leads me to another question. How exactly do you get your ID checked? I imagine your drivers license looks slightly different. XP

Haha, we always go to the club and chill for a bit first and tell them well be coming in suit. then i let them see my face again before i put the head on and they just have to check our wrist bands. It's quite fun :)!

Oh yeah, that's a good question. How DO business/club employees/managers/owners take to it? Do you always inform ahead of time, or are there places you go where you just.. go?

Like she said, we go there out of suit first and tell them. They usually say "oh sweet go ahead, just make sure we can see your wristbands when you first come in!" We chill/drink there first then come back suitted for like 1-2 hours. We're considered regulars at these places now(they know us in and out of suit) but we still notify first out of common courtesy.

Keep in mind anybody can deny you access for any reason, and actually being fully dressed up and covering your face CAN be considered illegal in some places. Just be smart about it.
