Nyx is a oc filly created when a cult took pieces of nightmare moons armor and attempted to recreate Nightmare Moon using the magic and essence in the armor, but the spell was interupted part way through and Nyx was created as an incomplete Nightmare Moon filly with no memories. Its a great story on fimfiction.net, you should search mlp Nyx on google or something and find it.
