This is My genius, gambling addicted, assassin.
She is absolutely brilliant but instead of using it for the better good of the world she uses it for her own growing bank account. She loves to gamble and with her brains she’s good at it. She good at finding a ways to win at what ever she doing even if she doesn’t necessarily fallow the rules.
She doesn’t lose very often but when she does she doesn’t take it very well. Anyone that wins in bet with her best not rub it in her face. They would have very long to savor the victory if they did because it would be the last thing they would ever do.

Neo comes form a very broken family. Her father was a drunk that liked taking his frustrations out on his wife and daughter. After a peculiarly bad thrashing her mother happened to on a broken beer bottle. She soon after bled to death. This was labeled as an accidental death and neo was left with her father. The beatings only got worse after this. Finally at the age of 14 neo fearing for own life and finally fighting back killed her father.
She was tried as an adult and found guilty of murder. She was sentenced to a 7 years in prison. Neo fled form the authority before they could lock her up and she changed her name to what it is now.

Feeling betrayed by justice system she started taking out her own form of justice. She become an assassin taking out proven criminals that the authority permitted to run free. She normally dose this for the highest bidder but she takes out rapists, petafiles and abusive mates for free. She is never in need of money with this and her little gambling addiction she takes care of her self quite well.

Contrary to poplar belief neo is still a virgin. She doesn’t plan to mate till she finds a man (or women) that she can freely bear her heart to and she as yet to find this person.
