Yeah she is 22in tall, i had to make her in two pieces so i need to work on the joint along the bikini line.

very ambitious sir. I think I would have divided her up differently but there is no right way to this. I picked up a Crayola electric knife and found it quite valuable. It isn't strong enough to cut foam but I can 'tatoo' detail into a piece to aid in painting later.

Yeah thats always the hardest part for me is deciding how i am going to divide the piece up. How would you have done her?

I would make a piece of her head with maybe her ears separate her mass of hair a separate piece. Coming down, her torso next with the arms and watermelons piece on top. Break it at the hips like you did. Thinking about it you did do good breaking out the leg at the thigh but make her bikini bottoms a separate piece and use it to glue the parts together. If you want more advice give a shout.
