A close friend and fellow animal lover...lost her rottie, Dega, to not one...but THREE different cancers. Lung, liver, and heart cancer. She wasn't doing very well at all, and it was obvious how uncomfortable and in pain she was. So they had to make the hard painfull choice of letting her go. I hurt for Amanda, and her two kids...whom loved Dega. She was their Nana.

I only wish I had the time to make a plushie version of Dega to give to Amanda and her boys. I would make time if I had the funding. Hopefully soon I'll have enough saved up to make a Dega for her and her kids.

Good bye, Dega. You were, and still are, very much loved.
