this was suppose to be drawn out a long time ago but i hated the way it turned out the first time plus the wings didnt want to be drawn be meh hands that time but a few days ago i remembered to draw her thanks to the chinese new year animal being the dragon and all XD

and this was for when she drew me draggy glitter i promised her i would draw a dragon tartii in return and here she is ^_^

anyhoo i loved the way she's turning out ^^ and im not sure if im gonna color her or not i'll have Tartii decide that ^^

i hope she likes the turn out of this i had fun drawing her
