Oh wow I didn't realize it was from WoW (never played the game at all) and I was about to say "the painting style almost reminds me of WoW"- as a compliment of course, before I read the tags. xD
I'm pretty impressed by how well you managed to do that. I think it's especially the dark around the eyes and stuff.

I'm glad the painting tutorials were inspirational. No one's painting style is the end-all style, but I definitely approve of experimentation and adapting things to work your way. :) It's cool that you're playing around with techniques and stuff.

I only do alternate techniques on stuff i do as trades, or for myself. X3 Yea, her voice is relaxing as well, i watch her as i paint. X3 I did some thin paint layering on this so it looks better overall, and also i cleaned up the vines on the ferret. lol

Yeah it's definitely looking better with the layering! It's still all nice and cartoony but more natural. I'm really liking it. :)
