I have that problem a LOT. I'll start to draw something and somehow the next part will end up being too big or too small and so I'll erase the old part and draw it bigger and it'll be too big in comparison to the second part and ARG. It'll go on for hours and hours before I come up with anything close to proper proportions. This seems to get even worse the larger I try to draw something which is why a lot of the time my art is restricted to tiny doodles. If it's bigger than an inch on the page, there's pretty much a guarantee that at least one part was erased and redrawn.
