That certainly is a lovely pose, sweetie! :) And expression too, I'm really loving that look. I don't think the arms are that bad, the her left is a little odd I'll admit. It's mostly just her bicep tho, it's a bit narrow where it joins the forearm.
I like how you did her floppy knit hat with the hair coming out from under it, and how you did her top stretched by her boobs. :P
