While not a migrating species where I live there is a definite drop in sighting of these guys around my house in the winter. I had to actually double check to see if it was actually a Robin. I almost never see them until it warms up and they're back hunting for insects in my yard again.

I really like how the sky contrasted the bird and branches in this shot.
