Terms and Conditions of Commissions
-It is up to you to describe your character to me in detail and provide enough references
-Commissions will NOT BE STARTED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECIEVED
-I retain the copyrights to the picture- meaning i can still use the image for commission examples and post it in my gallery.
-When you order a commission please state if you would like a check sketch. Due to my being in the UK this will often mean i will take longer to complete the picture as we won't be online at the same time.
-No refunds except in extreme situations these will be dealt with in a case by case manner
-If you would like to request an alteration then send me a note. This will be dealt with case by case, depending on how much needs altering, the price of the initial commission and my workload at that current time
-If you want the commission done by a deadline you must state this in your request, if it is a very tight deadline i have the right to charge you mroe as it will push other commissions down the queue
-My current workload will be stated at the time of the request, by commissioning me when i state i am particularly busy you are agreeing to the fact the turn around may be lomger than usual
-If your character is particularly complex then you will be charged more, if it is more simple then less, this also applies with the pose
YOU MAY
-Print out the image for personal use
-Resize it for avatars etc
-Post to your online art gallery
YOU MAY NOT
-Modify the image without written consent by me
-Claim the work to be your own
-Remove my signature or watermark
-Use the image in a promotional or commercial way
-Use the image to generate profit
