This is another in my list of Valentine gifts for friends I've made on FA over the years.

Xainy is a dear friend I met, oh I don't even know HOW long ago when I first started watching her. Its been a joy I can't begin to express to watch her grow and develop as an artist, and feel like my cheering her on might have helped in some small way. She's always been a beautiful person, and although she hasn't realized it, she's been a bright points in many of my dark days. Its always a joy to see her comment or post some art.
I love you dear, and I hope we meet in person some day <3. Until then I look forward to watching your art (and yourself!) grow and develop along with our friendship.

(Mainly as an FYI for myself:
This took an hour and a half from sketch to finished product)

ALSO- SO SORRY if my photoshopping may have distorted part of the picture- I used the blurr affect ONLY to smooth out the light pink background, as I did with the previous one. Due to the nature of the layering, the scanner tends to throw it up in an odd mix of tones coming from what colours I've layered behind the first piece of paper, so I used photoshop to make the finished product look nicer here! The texture of the pink is much cuter in person...of course.

EDIT: OMG changed the file to reflect the REAL colours of the paper cutting. MAN the scanner raped this, her hair turned out totally purple even though in person its much closer to the colour shown now. X( LAME.
Better now though. :) Didn't want the giftee to think I got her hair colour TOTALLY wrong.
