Phazer Wintershade is a Charr + Mismagius (Charrmagius) who specialized in the four elements - air, earth, fire, and water. He is Phloww's adopted brother. How he got adopted is quite interesting. Phloww's parents were experimenting a new invention that is suppose to create solid clouds. After making a cloud, a basket fell through it from above and inside the basket is a little Charr cub. Unable to find the real parents for some time, the parents decide to take care of the cub. While Phazer wasn't able to attend Asura school like Phloww can, he was able to study magic with the books that his brother brings home.

UPDATE: The first name is changed to 'Phazer' for several reasons - to make it sound more unique/Charr-like, to match along with the Asurott brothers' names (since he was adopted into the family), and to have a name that is appropriate to his profession (as a Elementalist that can attune to any of the four elements).
